Still waiting for that warm weather!  Loving this color but not quite warm enough to wear the dress by itself… so I threw a white blouse on underneath!

I am still patiently waiting for warmer weather…  Some people LIVE for Fall and Winter. They love sweaters, boots, scarves and layering.  I am not one of those people.  My heart lies with the warmer months.  However, the weather has been up and down here in the Bay Area lately so I’ve been forced to hold onto my Fall friendly pieces.

I saw this cute look on pinterest one morning while dashing around my house trying to get ready for work and BOOM, outfit decision made.  No fuss and no standing in front of my closet for an hour trying to come up with something to wear.

  • gold accent belt

  • no jacket
  • sweater instead of blouse

Pink & Polka dots!  Who WOULDN’T love this combo?!

How I made this outfit my own?

  • I always wear heels so I chose a pair of nude Nine West lace up sandals
  • I eliminated the pink bubble necklace
  • I substituted the pink cardigan with a pink blazer

If you are like me, then you probably run around every morning in a panic trying to put an outfit together.  One of my favorite things to do for inspiration is to troll pinterest for ideas and then create an outfit from my own closet!  There are several bloggers that I follow for this same reason.
